The Developer’s portfolio of events, which includes the Festival of Place and The Pineapples brings professionals together to define what makes a place worth living in; cities where people thrive.
Ticket and pass sales are aimed at organisations contributing to the creation of place, which include, but not exclusively, developers, public sector organisations, funds/investors, architects and wider design and delivery teams. It also includes not-for-profits, charities, education, community groups and associations linked to urban design and regeneration. In some instances, organisations that purchase tickets outside of these groups may be subject to a refund. Click here to view the terms and conditions.
There are a number of free and discounted tickets available to charities, those in education, community groups and associations linked to urban design, regeneration and public interest. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
For any enquiries regarding tickets, group bookings or the admissions policy, please contact Portfolio Director James Macleod at email@example.com
All passes include access to all sessions and workshops throughout the day as well as access to The Pineapples awards party, taking place in the evening of 13 November following the Festival of Place. Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
Organisation passes are available to developers (public and private), local government and investor organisations. There are no restrictions on the number of attendees per organisation, all individuals are required to register in advance and be employees of the organisation.
Learning & development group passes
Learning & development group passes are available for organisations keen to gain CPD points and valuable learnings at the Festival. Provide access for up to 10 employees across different disciplines and experience levels. Available to all Festival organisations.
Executive director, finance - Silva Homes
"Excellent format, combining bite-size insights into a number of key topics from a wide range of speakers. Apps for Q&A and in-conference polling were used effectively by the chair."
"The Social Housing Finance Conference provided a fantastic learning opportunity on how the leading social housing associations are financing themselves and how this impacts their organisation."
Executive management team - Local Space
"This is one of the best value for money conferences I have attended with every session providing a useful insight at the very least and some being unmissable."
"All Chief Executives and Directors of Housing Associations should attend this Conference!"
Finance director - Arhag Housing Association
"As a newbie to the Housing Sector, having moved over from the charity sector - one appreciates that finance is finance, but the conference presented probing questions to answer or walk away and consider. Personally, I learnt a lot and had a good day to soak up SH Finance issues and knowledge. Well worth attending!"
