What does it take to build - and sustain - a neighbourhood in one of the UK’s busiest locations.

Wembley Park is marking 20 years of development. When complete, it will have delivered 6,000 build-to-rent homes on a single site- making it the largest of its kind in the UK.

Join the closing keynote on Masterplanning with Julian Tollast, Head of Masterplanning and Design at Quintain, as he reflects on two decades of placemaking, community-building and infrastructure, with discussion by John Stiles, Placemaking Manager, Brent council, Davinia Khan, Artistic Director, Fresh Arts and Jason Flanagan,  Flanagan Lawrence.
