Freight operations will be extensively redesigned, opening up the northern harbour edge.

Stroudley Walk, located in the heart of Bromley-by-Bow, spans 2.43 hectares and will provide 274 new homes, ranging from studio apartments to four-bedroom family homes. Half of the development will be affordable housing, including 82 homes for London Affordable Rent and 33 for shared ownership. The project will also feature shops, a community cafe and open spaces, with 33 new trees and additional planting, creating a vibrant, community-focused environment for residents to enjoy.

The 4.4-hectare Harbour Plan marks the final phase of the Folkestone Seafront redevelopment, transforming brownfield land into a vibrant coastal neighborhood. Submitted for planning in January 2024, the project includes 410 residential units (54 affordable) and 7,500 sq m of commercial space across 54 units, supporting local businesses. Housing options include apartments, duplexes, and townhouses. The historic Harbour Master’s House will provide office space.

The £350 million, 7-hectare mixed-use development transforms Northampton’s largest town centre brownfield site, vacant for nearly a decade. Aligned with the We Are Northampton initiative, it prioritises community living and public infrastructure. Key features include a new urban park, 900 student beds with amenities, 185 later-living homes, 45 affordable co-operative living homes, 230 build-to-rent homes, and 80 build-to-sell homes.

At 0.46 hectares, The Hyde revitalises a neglected section of Edgware Road with a two-storey frontage along Silkfield Road. Replacing buildings with blank, inactive facades, it introduces 139 new homes, a public community garden, and a community centre. The design provides a civic presence, transforming the area into a cohesive neighbourhood that celebrates the surrounding streets. The community garden enhances green space, benefiting both new and existing residents while fostering connection.

This 1-hectare project completes the townscape at Wembley High Road’s eastern end, linking Wembley Park and Wembley Central. It delivers 291 energy-efficient homes, including 141 affordable units – some for larger families – centered around a public garden and play area. The Wembley Housing Zone adds 3,600 sq m of commercial and community space, supporting 100 permanent jobs. Cecil Avenue provides 237 homes, including 87 affordable units, while Ujima House offers 54 affordable homes.
