The development will revitalise a declining shopping centre, connecting contrasting urban locations and introducing a pedestrianised street lined with independent food and drink outlets. At its heart, a multi-level park and meadow will provide much-needed green space. The project emphasises community engagement through a carefully designed public consultation programme, fostering local input and support. It is expected to generate a £160 million annual economic boost.
