Only at the Festival of Place can you connect with key stakeholders shaping our cities’ futures, influence your target audience, maximise your brand relevance, help shape and be part of the debate, learn and share insight with industry peers, align your organisation alongside relevant themes and be part of a new event, the first of its kind. We can help shape your inclusion at the Festival of Place to suit your organisation’s specific needs
All partners will benefit from brand exposure before, during and post festival. The Festival of Place will have an extensive marketing campaign across digital, print and social media platforms from April to July 2019.
All partners will have festival passes* included so that your colleagues can attend the festival to learn, network and enjoy. Passes can also be used to bring guests and generate new business, as a thanks for existing clients or as a donation to students and business start-ups
Here are just some of the opportunities we can tailor to your needs
An exclusive opportunity for likeminded organisations to headline sponsor the event
What goes on outside of the room is as important as what goes on in the inside. This unique and flexible venue allows for indoor and outdoor communal spaces to work, relax, play, share, eat and drink
Drive the debate by sponsoring an element of the content mix. Opportunities include sponsoring the main stage, breakout or workshop session
Support independent research to be presented at the Festival of Place on topics such as how to design places that people dwell, transport futures and more
At the heart of every great community is the local and the Festival of Place needs a landlord. Tobacco Dock incorporates a grand pub restored to its original early-1980s splendour. This will serve as an area for content, catering and a lively base for your organisation

Executive director, finance - Silva Homes
"Excellent format, combining bite-size insights into a number of key topics from a wide range of speakers. Apps for Q&A and in-conference polling were used effectively by the chair."
"The Social Housing Finance Conference provided a fantastic learning opportunity on how the leading social housing associations are financing themselves and how this impacts their organisation."
Executive management team - Local Space
"This is one of the best value for money conferences I have attended with every session providing a useful insight at the very least and some being unmissable."
"All Chief Executives and Directors of Housing Associations should attend this Conference!"
Finance director - Arhag Housing Association
"As a newbie to the Housing Sector, having moved over from the charity sector - one appreciates that finance is finance, but the conference presented probing questions to answer or walk away and consider. Personally, I learnt a lot and had a good day to soak up SH Finance issues and knowledge. Well worth attending!"
