Kidbrooke Park Road will be England’s largest new council housing scheme, ultimately delivering 452 homes. Phase one, completed in just four years from planning to completion, provides 122 net-zero, 100% affordable homes on a challenging brownfield site. Responding to the constrained, triangular plot, the project uses standardised, modular floorplates, dual-aspect layouts, and integrated landscape to deliver the neighbourhood.

The completion of King Street marks a vital milestone in Stretford’s regeneration. By stripping back the roof of a 1960s mall, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Studio MUTT, with Bruntwood and Trafford Council, have revealed and refurbished a vibrant open-air high street. This first phase has re-established the town’s lively heart. While the wider masterplan continues - integrating new residents, retail parks and cycle routes - this intervention reconnects the community now.

Riverside Park transforms former industrial land into Sunderland’s civic heart, creating a vibrant hub for both community and wildlife. Terraced landscapes, green corridors, and water gardens form a city-centre wildlife haven, while welcoming, community-led spaces encourage residents to gather, explore, and connect. By reconnecting people to the River Wear and offering diverse habitats, the park nurtures biodiversity, wellbeing, and social interaction.

This major mixed-use waterfront development regenerates a 12-acre site in the heart of Brentford into a vibrant destination comprising homes, retail, restaurants, cafés and leisure opportunities. Phase 1 completed in 2024 with Phase 2 completing in 2028.

Park Hill, a grade II* listed brutalist housing scheme in Sheffield containing 1000 homes, is Europe’s largest listed building. Urban Splash took on its regeneration in 2004. Its exposed concrete frame: a significant aspect of its listing; is also a cold bridge. Our approach was to retain as much of the existing fabric as possible and upgrade it to the highest achievable standards. Bricks have been cleaned, mortar retained, and party walls upgraded acoustically.
