Conceived, built and curated by Quintain, the neighbourhood has transformed from an expanse of carparks surrounding Wembley Stadium into a community of 13,000 residents. With key masterplan projects completing in 2025, including the seven-acre Union Park and 650 new rental homes.
Goods Yard is revitalising a disused canalside site, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination.
